Organizations and companies cannot be members of the GayBears’ service and they do not use it for any reason. The GayBears site is not to used for advertising of other sites and services or appeal for using them.
The public part of the profile, comments and the conversations in the chatting room cannot contain public mail and e-mailaddresses, MSN and other messaging system’s data and phone number. All data like the above mentioned ones can be shared with other users only in private messages or in special boxes of the profile.
You accept that your manner has to be fit for the basis of the rules of the society. Your messages must keep the human and personnal rights and no abuse neither other users nor the maintainers of the GayBears.
Prompt deleting of profile for the following reasons:
- registration of user under 18
- giving false data
- so called multi-registration, when one user registrating under more nickname or
- re-registration after suspending
- sending group-mail for more users
- advertizing escort or other services
- abusing users, unfit or obscene attitude
- false pics showing other person instead of the user
- when the default picture is XXX-marked
- tricking, avoiding the Terms of Use
- sharing illegal contains.
The Supplier does not take responsibility for any direct or indirect losses or disadvantages of Users. The GayBears stores the private data if the user has registrated or uses other service on this site.
Giving of private data is the User’s responsibility. Any misuse of these data is the User’s risk although the GayBears using moderation does the best to prevent the violations of law.
The Supplier does not look at the mails up to forcing of act or other User’s excuse.
The mails can be red by the Supplier to the effect to protect of our interest and checking whether the User keeps the Terms of Use as well.
In case of breaking of Terms of Use the Supplier can restrict the User’s access without any notice. The banned User can except against banning in email. The written exception must contain the registration data. If the banned User leaves the banning unanswered the profile can be deleted. In case of deleting further exception will be ignored and the next registration may be rejected.
The Supplier can delete and edit the Users’ registration and all data involved the mails without any notice.
